The county in North Wales with the highest overall total, this is with out a doubt with the help of the sterling effort of the birders on Bardsey Island finding some great birds over the years. Stretching from said island to the Great Orme this county has seen some stunning species like Summer Tanager (1957), Eyebrowed Thrush (1999), Dark-eyed Junco (1975), Cretzschmar’s Bunting (2015), Common Yellowthroat (1996), Collared Flycatcher (1957) and Blackpoll Warbler (1976). Expect some big totals from a county with so much potential.
